Squirrelhunter91
a B-2 Stealth Bomber flying over my street!! Last week while walking across a field at night, I heard a plane and looked up to see the B-2 Stealth Bomber flying over me. It was way ahead of me when I heard it. But this afternoon at about 4:00PM, I was outside playing basketball with my brothers and it flew over us. It was so cool seeing that awesome piece of engineering and technology in flight. Anybody else ever seen one like that??? My brother's friend tried to get a pic on his cell phone, but it was gone before he could get the camera on his phone loaded. BuckNrut
Re: I spy with my little eye.. The B2 Stealth Bomber is a myth. Everyone knows it doesn't exist. If it did, someone would have a picture of it by now.
Tominator
Re: I spy with my little eye.. Cool. Buddy and I saw 2 fly over once right after 9/11. I've heard that they start their sorties in Illinois, fly all the way over to the middle east, then fly back. Don't know if that's true or not. MichiganHuntr1
Re: I spy with my little eye.. My Buddy Works goes to School right next to Wright Patterson base, and he says a couple are docked there. Theyre pretty sweet jets thats for sure. I wish i could fly one. [/ QUOTE ] They had a aie show in Rockford, IL and they had a stealth bomber. They said that they were called in from Missouri with an estimated time to show up. They never land, they leave their base fly over to the air show, make their laps and then head back to base - thought that was interesting. stevebeilgard
Re: I spy with my little eye.. we saw them daily in the '90's. seems the eastern wyoming terrain is the closest to iraq, so they practiced here.
Guest Dust
Re: I spy with my little eye.. They are following you. What have you done that the government would use Stealth Bombers to track you? Hmm....

OJR
Re: I spy with my little eye.. That is one GREAT AIR FORCE BIRD!!! I also saw where the squadron I was in in England now is the first in the AF to get a light special bomb for the F-16! They have been used in Afganistan and Iraq! They are about 250 pounds each and can be pin-pointed to an individual location without any collateral damage! They are working great! Watch the news for more on these bombs! Guest HaDeRonDa
Re: I spy with my little eye.. I guess they are not so stealthy. Cool plane it is. I've never seen one. I've seen the stealth fighter fly over and do it's thing many moons ago in some foreign country though.

Guest TnLadyhunter
Re: I spy with my little eye.. We live in a valley, and we have seen alot of jets and big bomber jets. They practice flying under the radar through the mountains. I don't think I have seen the B52's but I have had the jets fly so close that I can feel the air off them while setting in my tree stand. They kinda scare me when they are that close. i know its silly but its odd looking up and the not being able to see the sky for a jet.
