Great day in the woods

I had a great day today, even though I did not score. The first thing this morning at around 7:20 this morning I had a small 6 pt. come in to around forty yds., then for some reason, he turned around and headed back the same direction. I don't believe he scented me, the wind was in my favor. Then about a 1/2 hr later, I saw a doe on a run with a buck trailing about 30yds. behind with his nose to the ground. They were about 75 yds. away. Then about 1 hr. later, an 8 pt. came walking in to about fifteen yds. away facing right towards me. It looked as if he was staring directing towards my tree, and he did not present a shot that I was comfortable with. He turned around, took two or three jumps then cut up over the hill away from me. It was very exciting and disappointing all in one. I had bow in hand, ready to draw, but he didn't give me the shot. Then for the last deer of the day, I could see on the hill above me I saw a deer, and yes it was another buck about 50 to 75 yds away. I could just see that shiny white colored rack going by. I tried calling the deer, but to no avail, and this is how my day ended, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait to go again. I just thought I would share with you all.
