Guest fishy37
Re: Lone Wolf stands ? Bought the alpha hang on and the sticks this year and they've been great. Extremely quiet (as long as you don't rush yourself) and solid when climbing. I've heard some people fill them with the great stuff expanding foam to make them quiter - I wrapped mine with some camo duct tape and that eliminates most clanking. Lets you get into just about any tree when you find the right spot.

Guest Finn
Re: Lone Wolf stands ? I have the Alpha One Hang-on and really like it. Lightweight, easy to put up, solid and the biggest for me...it's absolutely quiet. I can't handle a stand that makes noise.
rossman
Re: Lone Wolf stands ? They are expensive but I think they are well worth it!!!!! easy to hang, great grip w/ ur boots and they don't squeek if they're left out year round... --rossman
mag1
Re: Lone Wolf stands ? I bought the Alpha assault, the 8.5lb hang on. Great stand. Since it is so light, one of the ways they get it there is size. I have size 12 feet, with the bow in the bow holder, if you stand up, and swivel, your foot might catch the bow at the front, and hit the cables by your ankle. I have one or two changes I plan to make to it before next year in the off season, but I think it was worth every penny. If you are not hiking in far, the larger ones might be a good choice.
