I thought my chance had past when the 12pt in the bottom picture got away w/o a shot but I stuck with it and got lucky. I shot this buck at 10 yards, he was walking a big ridge headed back to bed at 8:15. This was only the second time I had hunted this farm (the first was sunday) and I really had no clue what kind of bucks were around. But Sunday I noticed several big rubs on this ridge so it gave me confidence that there was a nice deer around. I have tons of trail camera pictures that I haven't posted b/c I have been working and hunting so hard since Sept. 15. I will try to post them soon.
