PAstringking Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 i got one free with my new CE arrows. i havent shot with it yet but when im walking through the woods or just bump into something, the light comes on. its really annoying and im not sure i trust how easily it moves inside the arrow. is it in there right?? anyone else have problems with them?? any tricks i should know about?? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He took a lumenock out of the pack and shot it into a 2x4. not only did it explode but it didnt even light up. I shoot the Lumenocks and have never had a problem ... matter of fact I bet it has saved me about 8 arrows .... so yeah I would deffinately shoot them ... the ones I have fit perfectly in my Beman 400's you have to buy the right nock for the arrow ... I would imagine that if yours came with the arrows, it should fit. I know there are directions on the package that tell you how to "Shim" them with paper for a better fit. First time didn't turn on, Second time worked until it went through the pump station of a buck then turned off. 3rd time flashed on real quick and fourth time turned off in mid flight. My buddy shot three deer with his and worked perfectly twice and turned off once. I shoot Maxima 350 hunters and my buddy shoots the older cx hunters. I alos picked one up this year for my cx maxima hunters and was not pleased. like some of the other posts the nock didn't fit real tight and when shot it didn't stay on. i bought mine at gander mountain and the guy knew which arrows I was shooting so I would assume he gave me the right one maybe its just the cx arrows people seem pleased who shoot the bemans and gold tips Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
