NS whitetail Posted November 17, 2006 Report Share Posted November 17, 2006 I just spend three weeks of deer hunting waiting to catch this 10 pointer that I got on my cam the first night of the season and after passing up on smaller bucks -- I never did get a chance to see him , so that means no deer steak in the freezer for me this year and my 11 year streak has come to an end I may get a chance next week to hunt a couple of days and then our lobster fishery opens on Nov. 27 so my hunting will be over for this year. stupid stupid camera Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I dont count rifle season because there so many people where I hunt that the deer are all dead before they get to my stand. Good Luck if you get out any the rest of the season. I know what you mean, we have no deer in the freezer yet this year either, and I have passed up several hoping to get a better shot on the big 10 I drew my bow on that we have also gotten a couple pics of.
