huntinsonovagun
Re: Phrases that boil your blood How about ".....and blah, blah, blah"...man, that's annoying. On hunting shows/videos, I hate "un-be-lieveable" and "Well folks, we just got set up folks, so stay tuned folks and we'll get back to the hunt right after this folks." It's never a good thing to hear the pharse "oh crap" when someone is using your stuff....... Andrea- What don't you like about "oh snap"....I recently started using that one.... Guest hoythunterbn
Re: Phrases that boil your blood Mine is this "No i did not shot the doe i dont i kill them unless they have horns" This makes me mad because i feel if a person takes a hunting seriously then they will harvest there does just like they would harvest there bucks. I dont want nothing but does and little bucks running around when my kid is born ( in a long time) and not have any trophy deer left to hunt.BY THE WAY i live in mississippi where in most places we have an overly dense deer population. 6 or so does to 1 buck. That is about the average number.
Guest Illinois1958
Re: Phrases that boil your blood The "Did you catch one?" is also my favorite. I finally came up with an answer. "No, i didnt, i had him right up next to the truck and the line broke!"
IN_hunter
Re: Phrases that boil your blood it irritates me when people say AKERNS instead of ACORNS when talking about corn you dont call it kern! I know Knight & Hale are guilty of this along with several other hunting show hosts.

Swamphunter
Re: Phrases that boil your blood My bad. That is the absolute most idiotic phrase I have ever heard. I don't know whether to laugh at the younger generation for saying it or bend over and puke right there at their feet.
lil hunter
Re: Phrases that boil your blood one thing that gets me mad, is when somebody makes a joke about ford/chevy/dodge being terrible vehicles or they break down a lot, then someone gets all mad about it, and starts goin on about how this one is soo much better than the other one. I dunno why that bothers me so much, but it does. lol. I guess it doesn't really boil my blood, but it does irritate me when people enunciate everything. Especially "ing" endings on words like hunting, or fishing, etc. It just bugs me.lol some words it's fine, like the word "ending" but on others it really annoys me.lol ok, enough ranting. That is the only time I have ever said that phrase and it is when I screw up after a play(which is usually a pretty common occurrence ) LOL Other than that I don't care for the phrase either. The phrase I hate the most is probably "all country music is is a bunch of rednecks complaining about their life. It's so sad" IMHO rap music is much sadder bc it's about your mom committing suicide, your dad being an alcoholic, your sister being knocked up and your brother being in prison!!
