muggs
I honestly don't feel Michigan deserves another beat down...so who does that leave? I think if USC can beat Notre Dame, they'll be the one. Maybe Florida? I guess either way its really a moot point since there isn't a team out there that even belongs on the same field as the Buckeyes, but just for conversation's sake....your thoughts? [/ QUOTE ] Honestly...no I'm not...if Datish could actually snap a football, that takes away 14 of those 39 points. Anyway, all I heard was how tough UM's run defense was. Go check the stat sheet...200+ yards for the best team in the land. We took it to you in the Big House last year, we sent you home this year and we'll take it to you in the desert if you want too. OSU owns the Fiesta Bowl...won 4 of them the past 5 years.

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Re: who should be OSU\'s next victim? yeah...half of that 200+ yards came on 2 plays...the luckeyes did nothing special...take away those 2 runs and thats 14 points right there...it was missed tackles. your "great offense" had 3 turnovers...it could have gone either way...and as for the last 2 games...they didn't whoop on michigan in either game..yeah stat wise they had better numbers last week..but hey...your not a stat guy remember ...they won by 4 last year and 3 this year...explain to me how that is getting whooped?? buckbuster11
Re: who should be OSU\'s next victim? USC is in if they win out, if not it could very well be Michigan again unless Florida wins out and wins out impressively. I dont think ND has a chance unless they take USC out behind the woodshed, which won't happen.

muggs
Re: who should be OSU\'s next victim? I think a win over USC would be the best strictly from a recruiting perspective. Enough of Youngstown State and Northeasternwesternsouthcentral Arkansas Community College State. That should happen for all the major conferences. They lost the game. I think its completely crazy that those types of games are measured not on whether you win or lose but by how much you win. I don't give a crap if Wisconsin can beat Buffalo 35-3 or if Florida can beat Western Carolina 62-0. What's the point of even playing those games? Look at what Montana did to Colorado. You gotta play the games and it gives some of the smaller conferences some exposure.

SuperMn106
Re: who should be OSU\'s next victim? I think it should be Michigan no matter what. The National Championship game is supposed to be the best 2 teams in the country period. Ohio State and Michigan proved that they are the best 2 teams. I think it happened in the 90s with Florida and Florida State. Why not now? You can look at it as Michigan already had their chance but like i said the NC game is supposed to be the best 2 teams in the nation.
