Buck down! I went hunting with my girlfriends dad yesterday on a farm in wirt county and we hunted all day in all we saw about 20 to 25 deer. We walked in i could have shot a doe but let her walk we jumped her and 2 other deer. Then we sat down waited for about an hour and see a deer moving about 100 yards away i couldnt get a shot. Then about 15 minutes later here comes 6 does with a young 4pt hot on there tails head stuck to the ground. Then two of them does came to about 20 yards but Johns ear was in the way so i couldnt shoot he was trying to get his hand up there to block his ear but they saw us. So we moved to a new area. Day went on seeing deer and all one guy got a bobcat in the morning dont have any pics sorry. As we were walking to go out we jumped up a buck and a doe we radio one of the guys telling him there going to run right by him. We here two shots and we radio again said the thing hit the ground and he was getting down to go look for him. No luck didnt hit him.

Back to my hunt. We just got done with lunch and set up in a new spot looking in a huge holler. We kept hearing foot steps but couldnt see a deer. Then i spot a deer in the bottom of the holler coming up hter hill its a doe. I could have shot her but i passed her up. Then John left to drive some deer and no more than 15 minutes later i hear some running hten see a doe on the other side of the holler with a buck hot on her tail thought it was an 8pt. I watched for about 40 minutes hoping they would come to me. Then 6 does run up buy me at 20 yards and he is coming behind. He stops broadside 50 yards and i shoot. Nothing miss. I thought oh heck then he stops at about 90 yards shoot hit him he takes about 2 steps and lays down. I watched for a few minutes and he was just looking around so i shot him again right threw the heart and ended the suffering. Then the fun began it was a heck of a time getting him out of the holler but fun. grin.gifgrin.gif
