I assume that they don't want to get their hands dirty as it is an outright HATE crime in a lot of people's minds. There are more of these Laotian refugees due to come to the US and someone does not want to upset the apple cart. Can anyone guess who that someone may be? It is quiet in WI, I have not heard anything about the story since the memorial service for the last two vicitims, roughly four days after Vang was sentenced.... Hopefully, while he is in prison, he is reemed out, beaten, reemed out an beaten again!!!! But what would be better is, the state should release him into the woods and let the family members of the people he killed, hunt him down. And when they find him, they should take some unethical shots so he can suffer!!!! Too bad his family wasn't in nagasaki, at the end of world war II!!!!
