Christmas Lights

Just finished putting them up! I decided to take advantage of this gorgeous 45 degree sunny day and put them up. This is the first year doing them around the top windows. Looks like I have to add a few more tacks up to straighten them up a bit, but I'm done for tonight. crazy.gifgrin.gif

The pic didn't turn out as well as I thought it did, but here it is anyway. grin.gif

Re: Christmas Lights

Great looking lights! I started in October when the weather was balmy but I didn't finish! Now the weather is supposed to stay at a beautiful -20 for the next two weeks! Oh well, guess I'll have to bite the bullet and freeze for a little Christmas cheer. Merry Christmas everyone!

Re: Christmas Lights

Looks nice!

I started with my Christmas lights today. I hung all of my icicle lights on my lower and upper roof-line. I found this light-hanging extension pole at Target that worked really great. Using it, I didn’t have to climbing all the way to the highest peak of my roof. Anyway, I will continue decorating the outside during the week. I plan to put out two mini pines, two 3’ and two 4’ spiral trees, three 3’ 3D trees (that I made myself), three deer (buck, feeding doe, and fawn), garland around my garage doors, front entry door, and front windows. I will also wrap the large pine and three azaleas with lights. Finally, I will put out some colored spot lights and my projector which casts a Christmas tree on my garage door. That’s it. grin.gif Next year, I’ll be adding even more as well as a sequencer. cool.gif
