WOW, capitalism doesn't stand a chance with some of you. He admitted he might have been in the wrong from the get go and he pleaded guilty in accordance with the law. He is paying a fine like the rest of us should and just because he has the money he's cut down for that too. I sure hope none of you guys make a mistake and plead guilty or even get a ticket because that would make you unworthy to be here no matter what the circumstances. I bet more than we know have gotten tickets or worse on here but are not about to stand up and be ridiculled. Had to vent about those that are so quick to judge others on here. [/ QUOTE ] it not the point of him getting more of a punishment because he is a celebrtiy, its the point that if any average person were to do this, they would have recieved a worse punishment. $15,000 is pocket change to him...if you are going to punish someone for something...actually make it effect them...5 years of no hunting, fishing, or trapping will hardly effect him.....his actions are unacceptable no matter how much of a celebrity he is...and you gotta remember, this is a hunting forum, the majority of us, if not all, take it all VERY seriously...its bad enough the "antis" are looking for things to pin on hunters to make them look bad, but when someone who is in the spotlight does something like this, it makes their job a whole lot easier. have you read the link that rangerclay posted??
