I'm still smoke FREE after 5 1/2 months... funny thing is, is that I really didn't find it that hard to do... NO real big cravings,,, but man do I eat like a horse... [/ QUOTE ] Go to a doctor that you trust, and discuss the best options for you.... NOT everyone will need to use the same method of quitting... I used the COMMIT lozenge, and stuck with it......
