A10acfan1
Does anyone use the Arctic Shield H3 coat and bibs? If so, what are your pros and cons

Leo
Re: Arctic Shield clothing I have the parka and absolutely love it. Based on it's performance I'm going to get the bibs too. The parka is nicer than alot of buddies more expensive jackets. If you're going to sit a stand or a blind in the cold the stuff is awesome but if you're going to walk around a bunch expect it to roast you even on a freezing cold day. Leo, what clothing do you wear underneath ie..long johns, different layers..etc. that makes it too hot to walk in ?

For me a T-shirt and a sweat shirt under the parka was enough to be plenty comfortable on a 32F duck hunting day. I could walk around some but not much before roasting. Their parkas are WARM! If I walk around with it much and I start to overheat I just unzip the front.
