Re: africam

If you guys like the view from the camera i highly recommend saving for a few years and actually going there. I went a few years back and it was an amazing experience. tons of animals of all species and it hard to pick what you want to shoot. when i was there i had the cross hairs on a blue wildebeast and my dad had his on a impala. the impala won out and turned braodside first. Its unbelievable.

Re: africam

I believe they were zebra. I was watching them, too and just before they came out I heard a faint zebra sound in the background followed by sticks cracking and then they all came trotting out on the far bank. One paused for a few seconds, but other than that they kept on moving through. I had my recording program on and replayed the video and used the zoom feature and it looks shaped right for a zebra to me.

Re: africam

Watching a herd of impala with a buck tending his does back and forth with a few young ones mixed in the bunch of females and a lone wildebeast that wanders in and out of the camera once in awhile right in the middle of them. I'm now officially addicted to this thing. lol
