M00N
Re: africam Impala and Wildebeest came to drink in a huge herd and the lion came out. Talk about mass panic and noise! They didn't run away, just a little distance and now all of them are snorting and making racket while he's getting a drink.

OJR
Re: africam It seems the lions are still full and won't be making a kill for a little while! I don't know where they have stashed the carcass from the Cape buffalo! Very interesting!
OJR
Re: africam Those hyena's sure don't want to get too close to the lions! One move by a lion and they take off!!

OJR
Re: africam The lions moved out to greener pastures and now the waterhole is being occupied by some UGLY vultures! Man those are ugly! They had quite a night. Hyena's, Lions, Cape Buffalo and who knows what all came through! I was peacefully watching the lions sleeping when all of a sudden another lion let loose with a roar! I almost kicked the desk and computer completely over! That is not right to do something like that to a guy my age! LOL!!

M00N
Re: africam Yeah I saw him feeding in the grass and trees. He was at the actual waterhole earlier on and he knelt on his front knees and dug a hole in the bank with his single tusk. Then he pulled something out of the hole and ate it. Probably some kind of root I'd assume. Now he's back off to the bush somewhere out of the rain.
