Dogg6
The whole family gets involved in the processing of the deer. Even the kids that aren't old enough to hunt get their hands dirty. This is my youngest daughter Kylie who is 6, this is her 3rd year cutting. That's my oldest daughter Paige who is 10, this is her 5th year. And this is Paige again and my 3 nephews Zach-14 in black, Erik-8 in camo, and Mason-11 in blue. Also helping out that day were my Dad, brother-in-law, Mom and myself. Over the years everyone has learned their job and the younger ones just keep learning new ones. They all love getting in there and helping out. Start 'em early and keep them interested. It's all part of the hunting season and it's something they will have with them forever. Dad and I are hoping the kids get good enough so all we have to do is shoot them and let them take care of the rest. LOL. A guy can wish can't he? wtnhunt
Re: It\'s a Family thing That is pretty cool. We do our own too, but the wife and I really do not trust our girls with sharp objects just yet. Have a hard time just getting our 10 year old to watch the baby.
