muggs
Re: List of hotels, which of these are good to go I stay in a lot of hotels (always for legitimate purposes) and out of those. THe holiday Inn is the best. After that the Comfort or Fairfield are the next best. NO SUPER 8!!!

[/ QUOTE ] Ditto. I've stayed at quite a few Comfort Inns and all were great. I have stayed at a couple Fairfields and those were fine also. snapper
Re: List of hotels, which of these are good to go It really depends...I've been in several of these chains and some were good and others where bad. Comfort Inn seems to be about the best for your $. Holiday Inns are good also but stay in a few crappy ones also. A Fairfield by Marriott was really nice but a little pricey compared to another Marriott a few miles down the road. I guess it just depends on the location and the "help" they have working there. I'd say you can't go wrong with Comfort Inn though.
wtnhunt
Re: List of hotels, which of these are good to go Have to agree with snapper. It all depends. Have been to bad holiday inns and been to good ramada inns. Some of the big name national chains have very poor management. There is a site somewhere that rates hotels and gives guest feedback, but cannot remember the name of it.
