MrWiggely
Slice 2 lbs of venison into 1/8 inch thick strips about 2-3 inches long, Add 1 bottle of KC Masterpiece bbq sauce mix and let sit in the fridge for 2 hours. put 1/4 cup of olive oil in frying pan and heat it until it is hot. Add Venison and BBQ mixture Cook on low heat until the meat is just barely done. Add your vegies small amounts of green beans, baby carrots, and small sliced potatoes. Continue cooking on low until the potatoes are just about done. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and mix well. Spoon your venison and veggies over brown rice and your all set. My kids just love this!
