wtnhunt
The wife is shooting a browning micro adrenaline currently set at 40 lbs. Her draw is at 25 inches, the arrows she is shooting now are the carbon force desperado in 26 inch that came with the bow. I have no idea what the grain weight per inch on these arrows are or what the tip weighs. I have not seen a minimum arrow weight for this bow either, and am needing to get her some arrows she will be able to hunt with next fall. Anyone have any suggestions? They would need to be a 26 inch arrow spined for a bow shooting between 40 and 50 lbs.
hutchies
Re: carbon arrow selection for womens bow Goldtip 3555 either in Expedition or XT's. Most bows only require 5 grains per lb of draw weight. 26 inches x7.4 grains per inch --------------- 192 grains shaft weight +90- tip 75 grains and insert 15 grains +12 Nock +18 Fletching --------------------------------------- 312 grains total arrow weight Just make sure to stick with a good fixed blade.
