dogdoc Posted December 23, 2006 Report Share Posted December 23, 2006 Re: Skunk vs. Dog best skunk treatment mixture of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and lemon scented dish soap. mix all 3 ingredients together to make a paste then bath dog in it and let it sit on the dog for 15 minutes--rinse and then repeat. Only the first time did she get slightly sprayed. By the morning she didnt smell at all. The other two she some how never even let the skunk try and spray her. They were dead before they had a chance. My family has always laughed about our dog having more kills then me and my dad do combined. Havent seen a skunk come near our house sence though.
