Guest jason88
I am in the market for a great pair of glasses. Plan on spending $1000-$1800 on them. I think I have narrowed my search to swarovski's,kahles, or leica's any suggestions. I Have looked all three pair at the store but can't really tell a lot of differece. tedicast
Re: binoculars help Jason, before you spend that kind og money, and seeing that you have tried all the high priced glass, do yourself a favor, and check out The Vortex Razors. The vortex line of binocs are incredible for the price. I have not used the Razors, but an super impressed with their lower priced sidewinders. The MSRP on the Razors is $870, but you can find better prices. Here is a link to their website, see if t here is a dealer near you. Vortex Optics Plus their warranty is second to none. It is unlimited, unconditional, and transferable.
bowana
Re: binoculars help Hmmm.....I'll have to check these guys out at the shot show. I own a pair of Swarovski EL's and Leica's. I like the Leica's because the range finder is built right in! They were pricey ($2050.00), but the glass is every bit as good as Swarovski and the range finder is good to 1300 meters! They are just a tad heavier, but you eliminate the extra range finder.

I compared all the ones you've mentioned at Gander Mountain along with the Bushnells and couldn't tell a huge difference between them all!! The optics on the Legends were that good!!
