Nut
hey lil.. sorry, but i just thought... you should always wear gloves to clean rabbits. tuleremia is a disease that they carry. have you had some hard freezes? if not, contact a doctor real quick and tell him(her) what you did. rabbits have a bad disease that only some hard freezes will kill. don't mess with this one, but. you may be sick. and, don't eat the rabbit until you know it's disease free. jmho Yep I agree. TBow
I had always been told what "ruttinbuc" mentioned to eliminate odors. Wash your hands under cold water using a stainless steel bar. I have been told it will eliminate odors as strong as raw onions. If you don't have a commercially manufactured stainless steel bar made for just such issues, wash (and I mean rub for a period of time) your hands under cold water using stainless steel cutlery, such as a tablespoon. Sounds too good to be true, but it works in eliminating clinging and strong odors. TBow
dogdoc
Hydrogen peroxide mixed with lemon scented dish soap and baking soda. Lather on hands and let sit for 10 minutes.
TBow
I wonder if someone were to post something utterly rediculous, if anyone would actually try it? O.K. Here's one. Try using the technique that people are told to eliminate the sting of a jelly fish. Hey! What the heck! If it can eliminate a jelly fish sting, it should be able to eliminate the smell of rabbit goop! Right? If nothing else, it'll be entertaining to hear if someone was fool enough....er I mean serious enough to give 'er a whirl! I'd refrain from shaking hands for a while though!
