HarvDog
Re: Cleaning up I know...I'm not a girl. But I do know that my girl is home right now taking down decorations and the ornaments off the tree. I'm actually hunting right now but will have the tree and all of the outdoor lights and decorations waiting for me tonight and tomorrow. wtnhunt
Re: Cleaning up Tree is still up, ornaments and lights are off. The wife and kids pulled the stuff off this morning. Will probably take the tree down sometime this weekend after we get back from my sisters house.

Turkeygirl
Re: Cleaning up We usually take down the tree and put all the stuff away on New Year's Day. And being that the tree was lightly decorated this year, it shouldn't be too much of a chore. I'm using this afternoon for squirrel hunting anyhow:)
BowtechsWife
Re: Cleaning up In past years I've had the tree and decorations down the day after Christmas. I was a little lazy this year and got everything put away today. The older the kids get the harder it is to get motivated to put the decorations up only to pull them back down in a few weeks. elkoholic
Re: Cleaning up The wife and I started the dedecorating today and should have it complete by tomorrow evening. The wife wants to leave the wreath hanging on the porch for awhile yet, but the rest is on the way to storage. Seems we get more stuff every year. I'd rather be hunting! mrswtnhunt
Re: Cleaning up Had the kids take the ornaments off several days ago, the tree is still up though. Just been too busy with a different kind of tree. You know, the kind with a ladder attached to it. Might take the tree down after season closes.
