I got it focused as good as I could but the replacement lense didnt fit very well so I think that is why it is only focused in the center and not on the outside. I put a black and white lense in the camera and then put a special material over the flash to make it IR. now when it flashes, if you are looking directly at it you see a dull red flash but it really doesnt light up the area.
