yesterday my little bro and i went out coyote hunting. we just got about 4-6" of snow so we put on the snow camo and headed out. our first spot didnt see anything. the next stand we called in 2 but i think they saw one of us move. stand 3 produced my little brother's 1st coyote. we sat in the rocks on a coulee that always has coyotes in it. well i started blowin on my tally ho and not 2 mins later he came runnin in. well i told my little bro to shoot him when he stopped and then the coyote stopped. it took him forever to shoot so right when i was about to pull the trigger on my 22-250 i heard a pop and he collapsed to Sully's .22BR. he started screamin and yellin and jumpin up and down and givin me a hug like he jsut shot the a world record deer. it took me a while to realize what just happened becuause it was the 1st time i called a coyote in that actually died. ill post pics when i get em down loaded. we saw probably 12 coyotes in all yesterday. then today i took my little sister out and we called a coyote in at the same spot sully shot his yesterday. needless to say i missed but i think my gun is off. i slipped on a rock under the snow yesterday and my scope hit the ground so i think it got knocked off. we only saw about 5 dogs today though. then when we got back to town i found out that a guy that goes to my church(happens to be my ex-girlfriends dad) caought a wolverine in one of his traps. he is a big time trapper and i think they only allow like 10 wolverines in the whole state to be trapped each year. i didnt know we had them around this area. i guess ill have to take pics of it too and post em with yesterday's pics. ill get them soon.
