TRAPS FOR COYOTE, COON, OR FOX!!!

im a new trapper, and im looking to get started soon here. if anyone has any helpful information about what type of steel traps i would need to catch soemthing like a coon, cyote, or a fox please reply. im new at this and dont know basically any of the ropes yet so if any of you experienced trappers could give me advice, i would appreciate it! If you have any advice on what bait i might use for coons coyotes or foxes it would be helpful!Coyote-in-leg-trap.jpg

Actually, you should have 2 different size traps. One size for fox & coon and another size for coyote. But a #2 offset coilspring (#2 O.S.) will work for all three critters. I like Bridger traps. Lot of bang for the buck.

There are perpared baits you can buy. Deer liver makes a good canine bait. Chunks of critters like squirrels & rabbits are good, too. Anything fishy smelling like sardines or fish-flavored canned catfood will work on coon.
