Trail camera

I have had tons of problems with my trail camera's and think the Cuddeback may be the only camera that is worth the money. It has got the best reviews that I could find. I did see a few people post reviews saying their cuddeback got water and insects(ants) inside, the battery life not lasting long, batteries coming out and turning camera off, or the battery door coming off. Has anyone else had or heard of these problems. I don't know if I should wait another year to see if any better Cuddeback models come out. I would like to have another camera by June so I don't mind waiting and seeing what comes out for 2007.

Re: Trail camera

Ive never had a problem with my stealth wildview 2.0. Plus its under 100$ What kind of problems have you been having? The more gadgets these high end cameras have the more that can go wrong. I keep it simple and cheap and get my pictures of deer in my area with out problems.

Responded to this in the photo room earlier.

If you are set on cudde, check out the classifieds like Craig suggests here. Personally, I would get a leaf river over a cudde if I was buying a commercial cam.

I agree. I love my Leaf River and would take it over a cudde any day.
