blacktailslayer
I have had tons of problems with my trail camera's and think the Cuddeback may be the only camera that is worth the money. It has got the best reviews that I could find. I did see a few people post reviews saying their cuddeback got water and insects(ants) inside, the battery life not lasting long, batteries coming out and turning camera off, or the battery door coming off. Has anyone else had or heard of these problems. I don't know if I should wait another year to see if any better Cuddeback models come out. I would like to have another camera by June so I don't mind waiting and seeing what comes out for 2007.

I have never had any trouble with it. I had a cam trakker before (and still have it) since I have bought my cuddeback i have not set the cam trakker out. Hope this helps. wtnhunt
Re: Trail camera Welcome to the forums. In commercial cams, the leaf river in my opinion is the only way to go. Cudde has some customer service or lack of issues. They do not stand behind their product like leaf river will.
doughboy1956
Re: Trail camera Welcome to the forums. My son wants to get me a trail cam so i,m not much help. Hoyt03
Re: Trail camera I have a wildview 2.0 I got for under a 100$ and it does just fine. Pictures are nice, extremely nice during daylight hours. For seeing whats out there i dont see all the hype in spending so much money on a camera. I could see going IR so flash will not spook, but overall I would rather have 4 of these cameras compared to one cudde
booner1331
Re: Trail camera I have a Leaf River too, that someone tried to bash (didn't want there picture taken I guess), they cracked the flash housing, sent it in to LR, and they sent me back another unit within 5 days.
