End to the frustration!!

Well this morning the frustration finally ended. I climbed into my stand this morning at about 6:40. I sat for about 15-20 minutes and I heard a deer walking through the crispy frozen leaves. I turned around and saw a little 6 point make his way past me almost as if he was chasing a doe. At about 7:15 I heard about 30 turkeys goin crazy on the other side of these pine trees. I saw about 11 longbeards and one had a beard touching the ground. Anyways, at about 8:10 I heard some crunching in the leaves on the other side of the pine trees. All of a sudden a doe pops out and starts to walk behind me, as she does, this she presents me with a perfect 20 yard broadside shot. I draw back , wait for her to walk into the opening and let the arrow fly. THUD! Double lung shot complete pass through. She ran about 30 yards and fell. She never got back up. I was excited to have finally connected because earlier in the season I missed a nice seven and a 120 class 8 point. She was a pretty nice animal. She weighed about 130-135. I didnt get around to taking a picture. It is only my third deer with a bow. Its been a good day! Thanks for readin guys!
