I just got done with a 10-key class in tech school. If it's just a two digit number, I can use the side keypad and get about 13,000 KSPH, with 100% accuracy. I never was too good at typing without looking at the keyboard. When I was in the Navy I could type about 55 wpm. but I think I am at about 45 now. I think the tominator said once he is about a 70 wpm guy. I can't even think that fast. I acutally use the idex and middle fingers on both hands and a thumb once in a while. However I still need to watch the key board and proof read everything I type, then retype or correct spelling for "fat finger" syndrom.... I couldnt stand that woman but I really learned a lot from here. I use home row too. When I type at will I can type around 100wpm but when I copy something it falls into the 60's.
