Re: Prized Possesion??

I guess I don't consider my family a "possesion", when it comes to possessions there isn't anything I have that I couldn't live without.

For things that give me some sort of personal feeling or connection to, I would say the first is my truck - won't go into any details. The next would be the nut bowl and nut cracker that was my grandma's. Heading back to the hickory grove on my dad's place with my grandma every year is something that I always remember and gives me a good feeling, that item kinda keeps that connection stronger.

Re: Prized Possesion??

I'm with Gary, I don't consider family as a possesion. And it doesn't take a whole lot to make me happy. But if I had to pick something I would say my Land. It's getting harder and harder to come by these days, especially in the area of NC where I live. It's only 8 acres, but I can go out there and just sit by my pond, or do a little work and it is very peaceful to me. Can't wait for a neighborhood to go up around it! grin.gif
