Re: Your best grilled chicken recipes

One of my favorites is simple, marinate in Kraft Zesty Italian dressing overnight and grill the next day. Also like using a smoky mesquite seasoning I buy from sams club and grilling them with that basted with a little kc masterpiece bbq sauce.

Re: Your best grilled chicken recipes

i got a rotissire(sp) that goes on top of my weber kettle grill! i like to just use whatever rub sounds good on the outside and put frozen butter inside the bird. i freeze the butter so it takes longer to melt. use inderect heat with the coals on the side and let it turn!! works great for turkeys too!

Ok folks, what's your favorite way to grill chicken? I personally love the chicken basted in vinegar, salt, butter and pepper.

You really use vinegar? That's what they use here in NC in their bar-b-que and I'm not a big fan.... frown.gif

I just like to grill chicken on my Weber, then baste it with Bullseye bbq sauce mixed with a little pure maple syrup. wink.gif

Yeah, I am not a fan of SWEET chicken. Like mine salty/tangy. Vinegar helps bring that out. grin.gifwink.gif

yep, thats what i do...good stuff right there....if you run the dressing through a strainer to get the chunks out, injecting the juice works good to along with letting it sit over night
