Squirrelhunter91
Hey everyone.. I'm looking into different ways of spending my offseason until turkey season and well.. I came up with this.. I would like to study other state's rules and regulations. This is because I have a goal to hunt all 50 states before I die. I mean I'm sure I have plenty of time before then, but I'm more so curious to look into the rules and regs of other states. I'm sure everyone's DNR gives out a book with the rules and regs listed in it. Would it be possible for someone from each state to send me the reg's book from their state? I am willing to send our book to you from NY if anyone interested. If anyone bites on this one, I'll keep this thread updated with what state's books I have coming to avoid duplicates. Thanks.. Shaun_300
Re: Your State\'s Rules and regs book Not sure if you're interested in hunting up here in Canada or checking out our regulations, but here's the like to the Ontario MNR. It has tons of cool info on that site, fishing and hunting regs are down by the bottom of the page. If you want I can email you the hardcopies of them, just PM me your address. Doc
Re: Your State\'s Rules and regs book The little comic-book sized pamphlet that NY hands out with the licenses is really only the highlights of the total environmental conservation laws. I once saw a copy of the law in its entirety and it consisted of two volumes that were about 1.5" thick each. I wonder just how many states provide the law in it's entirety to individual hunters. The complete rules and regs are available though and I linked that for this state for Joe in my prior response here.
