Canadian_Goose
I was wondering if you could critique this web page for me... specifically this article. . If you do not have time I understand. The site appears to have an abundance of info, but is it worth it's weight in salt?
007hunter
Re: AJ... if you may Interesting read...I'm curious as to what AJ has to say...
johnf
Re: AJ... if you may I've got several friends that share that opinion. Personally, I like knowing that if I do hit the shouder the bullet is going to do the job with very little tracking. I would rather do a short tracking job on a shoulder shot than to lose half a shoulder, or lose a deer with a bad limp.
AJ
Re: AJ... if you may CG, I had a long detailed post typed in and the window timed out. I will not type it over, but the short answer is I agree with 99% of his article. The part I disagree with is a bullet staying inside will do more damage than a bullet that exits. I do prefer standard bullets for standard cartridges and moderate sized game.

Texan_Til_I_Die
Re: AJ... if you may [ QUOTE ] I had a long detailed post typed in and the window timed out. [/ QUOTE ] When that happens, use your browser's Back button and you should be able to go back to the entry screen with all of the stuff you typed still there. Select it all, then click Copy. Exit the thread, then go back in and Paste it into a reply. I've had it happen to me several times, and this has always worked.

Have had just a few times I have lost posts that timed out and my browser for some reason when I backed up the text was gone.
