But my next unit will more than likely be this! Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx. The reviews I have read on this unit say that it can aquire sat signals better in heavy tree cover. Which in the spring time can be a pain for any GPS unit. They are pricey. But so far my Vista has worked great spring and fall. As far as the topo maps being outdated, think about it. I used it several times turkey hunting last year when I was hunting on land that I was not familiar with. Great tool if you get used to using it.
