bigmoss
Hey guys can anyone suggest a good way of removing powder marks from my stainless steel ? I have some powder marks on my encore on the receiver and would like to remove them. Someone suggested a fine steel wool but want some other suggestions first. AJ
Re: Cleaning Marks from SS ?? I would try some Flitz or Simichrome before I would try something abrasive. If the metal is pitted, you will need to use something abrasive to get the finish consistant.
TexasDeerHunter
Re: Cleaning Marks from SS ?? What about those cleaning rags impregnated w/ cleaner. I think they are KleenBore or something like that. I use to use them on my stainless rifles.
