Hoyt03
I went to check my cam today and I think it got too cold it quit taking pics. When I walked by it I triggered it a few time and it flashed at me but didn't keep that pic. I'm thinking this happened alot more considering about 50 lbs of corn was gone and only had a few deer pics. It's just getting real cold here in PA last few days i'm thinking it bummed up my cam and also wore my batteries out. Anyone else have prob with cold weather and have any tips. wtnhunt
Re: Digital cams and cold weather No problems with my homebrew or leaf river in the cold weather. What kind of cam are you using?
smallmunster
Re: Digital cams and cold weather The cold will kill the batteries sometimes but so far has not hurt any digitals that I have had out.
Shaun_300
Re: Digital cams and cold weather Yep, batteries don't last too long in the cold weather. I don't have any experience with trail cams, but I know in my digital camera and GPS, they drain quick in the cold.
