OJR Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 This makes a 2 lb loaf. 1 1/2 cups of warm water 2 TBL. Olive Oil 4 cups all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 1/2 cup of raisins Add the ingrediants in the order they are listed into the bread pan. Add the raisins when the machine beeps! I would suggest you set the crust for Medium. Very basic and simple to make but does it ever taste good!
