Workout Journal?

I had previously decided to do a "Workout" Journal to keep up with my progress. I have always done one on paper but I thought an on line version would be cool (that way everyone could make fun of me grin.gif).

I thought about letting everyone use a post as a way to keep track and motivate themselves instead of a way for me to keep track myself. I am no Expert but I am really into health and fitness. I have been working out and studying for years but I have no degree. I can help with routines, certain muscle groups, etc. This could possibly be a way for everyone to get good tips from one another too.

I figured this may be useful due to the New Years Resolutions. I will start the post if anyone is interested........ Let me know.

How about starting with a set of goals, and listing your workout schedule. Maybe someday you can look like my fitness coach...

Now that the season is almost over (one more deer to process) it's time for me to get back to the gym too. KD is going to kick my you know what!

my journal would go something like this. The muscles in my right thumb are still growing. I have increased the number of reps on the remote control to 1000 times a day. Now with college basketball starting, the bowl games beginning, and NFL playoffs I think I can handle the 1000 reps.

Lol, I guess ill be dedicated by myself. I am still starting the journal around the second week of January. I think it will really help to stay on top of my goals...
