which country are you moving to? smile.gif

I think I would move to New Zealand. They are not allowed to sue for frivolous reasons. Their taxes are a little high but, there is only one tax and three tax brackets. They have a great standard of living from what I can tell. It is a safe enough country that the police do not need guns.

The only issue which might be a deal breaker is their gun laws. I have yet to figure out what the rules are but, I would bet you are not allowed to have them.

Re: If Hillary actually runs and wins,

Think Hillary appeals to a certain type of people and dont think there are enough of them in this country for her to win.

Really am hopeful that she will not even get the nomination. Have heard that Edwards would win the nomination over her by some polling back closer to the first of the year in New Hampshire and Iowa, but this week also heard that Hillary was on top over Edwards and Obama, but not sure where that information is coming from.

If by some chance she was to win, I will just hope and pray that this country will be able to dig itself out of the mess she will get us into.

Canada might be an option, but really with the gun control and the state of the healthcare system there, dont think it would be all that much different here if Hillary gets her way.

YOU KNOW! Us New Yorkers have been enjoying Ms. Hillary every stinking day for some time now. Maybe it's time we share her with the rest you for a change grin.gif

That is okay. You can hold on to her for a while.

Amen to that. hate to say it, but NY has set her up for this possibility of being President. If she had never gotten elected there in the first place, there would be no concerns whatsoever with her attempts to get back in the white house in 2008.

Re: If Hillary actually runs and wins,

You know what kills me about this thread. It's the simple fact that the 99.9% conservative base on these forums lambasted every single liberal back in '04 (can't say 2000 because I wasn't on here then grin.gif) about saying (or alluding) that they would leave the country if Bush were re-elected. I guess everything just comes full circle eventually. I wouldn't leave this country over the election or re-election of anyone, because I know I am much better off here than anywhere else. Canada's pretty and all that, but it's just way too cold for me, heck, North Carolina is too cold for me sometimes. smirk.gif

Re: If Hillary actually runs and wins,

Ah, but the difference is that the Lib's back in 2000 and 2004 were serious (or at least they wanted people to believe they were serious) when they said they'd leave the country if Bush were elected. We Conservatives are making a big joke about it. Hopefully, no one thinks we'd seriously consider leaving because of the results of an election.

Switzerland sounds good. The Gov't issues fully auto military rifles, ammo and encourages their use to all households that want them. After all, the people are their standing army they need to be ready. I don't know what game animals are present, but I'm sure there is alot to hunt there.

High standard of living there and not to mention the beautiful women their either wink.gif

This would be one scary place if Hillary was in the Oval office.
