[ QUOTE ] Hey quick question ? how do you build up your status? as in a 10 pointer a spike a fawn and so on how do you improve? [/ QUOTE ] Welcome to the forums. Post away, and you will grow. Andrea, the reboot should work. Sounds like your system is running too low on resources to run the print and whatever you are trying to print is going to tie up more available memory than your comouter currently has open if that makes any sense. Like for example you have 17 posts. when you get 50 you'll turn into a spike, and so on.

Try to fully shut down the computer, shut down the printer, unplug the printer from the computer. Wait a few minutes then plug everything back in power the computer up and the printer and see if that doesn't clear it up. Seems something is stuck in the memory and not flushing probably.
