Gator
Re: Oklahoma Turkeys How far from Kaw are you? I know there are some there, but not sure of the amount. I have been there during season, but don't recall ever seeing anyone hunting them
maddhunter
Re: Oklahoma Turkeys There is alot of public land up around Oolaga Lake. I've hunted there in the past always seamed to be alot of turkeys around. There is alot of public land around an hour or so from Tulsa; Spavinaw, Cherokee, Gruber, and alot of CORE land around the rivers and lakes also. Check the WMA maps on the Wildlife Department's web sight. And you can also get an atlas of all the public land in Oklahoma from the department.. Gator
Re: Oklahoma Turkeys Dwin, since the Department went to the online maps, I am almost POSITIVE that the Atlas's are no more, unless by chance they have some old ones laying around............
