Turkeygirl
Re: shed antlers My biggest shed was a 4 point found last spring, in a corn field which makes it harded to spot. Really nice shed, especially for the area I live in. The tip of it's G3 was broken off, too bad, but I don't mind!
Outdoor_Guy
Re: shed antlers My biggest was a 7 point that dropped off a running buck in late January 2004 when I shot an 8 point that was in range. The big boy just would not come closer so I went for the smaller one since it was late season.

dosse
Re: shed antlers My best three are all off of deer grossing in the mid 130's. My best matched set is off of a 125 or so 8 with 11 inch g2's. Killed him the next season and he went 130 gross 126 net as a 4 year old. Still looking for that big set off a

toddyboman
Re: shed antlers you can find shed ANYWHERE honestly. But best places are bedding areas, food source, and dont forget the trails they take to get to those places. Best way to find them is walk, walk, walk, walk, and then walk some more. By biggest is a 80 someodd inch 5 point side.
deershed
Re: shed antlers Increase your odds of finding sheds by knowing where the deer are at the time of shedding.Looking where you saw the deer in summer or fall won't help much if the deer are somewhere else come late winter early spring.
