Re: Tecomate or Whitetail Institute

Sure do. They are both good as are many others. A lot is dependant on what you want to plant, in what type soil, annual, perenial, to hold deer, feed deer through the spring, summer, fall winter, etc., etc.

You have to come up with a plan then find the seed or seed mix that will do what you want it to do.

There are other seed companies out there which are good also. I am sure you will hear about them. Don't buy on just brand name alone. Make sure the seed is what you really want to plant.

Re: Tecomate or Whitetail Institute

Have had good luck with tecomate lablab plus. Have never used any of the whitetail institute seeds, but have heard they are good quality seeds.

If I was looking at planting clovers, I would suggest either one of hamann farms clover trefoil blends, or a mix from pennington. Think they are some of the best out there in my opinion.
