G. PYROTECHNICS - No chili contestant may discharge firearms or use any pyrotechnics or explosives at a chili cookoff. Contestants discharging firearms and/or using explosives or other pyrotechnics will be disqualified from the chili cookoff.

I have been entering Chili Cookoffs for years..I have never seen any exploding chili...LOL

But it must have happened at some time or that rule would not be in there..

LOL I know what you mean... There is 4 of us that cook as a team.. Most of our cook offs are 2 1/2 days long ...So there are 2 nights that we stay in a 16' pop-up trailer...Lets just say you do get ran out a time or two... grin.gifgrin.gif
