For my hamburgers I mix 2 pounds of ground venison with one pound of cheap hambuger, which usually ends up being like 70-80% lean. I make bigger batches, like 10 pounds of venison to 5 beef. Then I add a good squirt of Worchestershire sauce, a little garlic powder, a little salt, whatever turns your crank, then make patties and grill them up.

My family loves these burgers. My nephews request them when they come over.

We always used to put a peice of cheese, mostly pepper jack in the middle of two patties before you cook it. Put em' on the grill for a few minutes a side, and whalaa, cheese filled hamburgers!!
