Hoosierbuck
Re: recipes For my hamburgers I mix 2 pounds of ground venison with one pound of cheap hambuger, which usually ends up being like 70-80% lean. I make bigger batches, like 10 pounds of venison to 5 beef. Then I add a good squirt of Worchestershire sauce, a little garlic powder, a little salt, whatever turns your crank, then make patties and grill them up. My family loves these burgers. My nephews request them when they come over. HB

Guest ILclimber
Re: recipes We always used to put a peice of cheese, mostly pepper jack in the middle of two patties before you cook it. Put em' on the grill for a few minutes a side, and whalaa, cheese filled hamburgers!!
