magnatecsteve
I always enjoy reading Jim Doughertys' "Trail's End" column in Petersen's Bowhunting. Reading his latest column, Jim talks about his struggles trying to get back to bowhunting while battling his cancer. I could almost feel his frustration as I read his column. A good friend of mine, an older fella, has done alot of hunting and rubbed elbows with alot of legendary bowhunters, including Dougherty. He has always spoke highly of Dougherty. Let's all say one for Jim. I hope he wins his battle and can return to what he loves.

magnatecsteve
Re: Jim Dougherty I don't know Jim personally, but my friend does. I read his columns in Petersen's Bowhunting, it's a great magazine, the best bowhunting one in my opinion. You can get them at almost any newsstand. Adjam5
Re: Jim Dougherty I read that article also, It made me think about his and others struggles to get back to the bow after a sickness. I hope Jim recovers and gets back in the swing of things soon.
