Turkeygirl
I think I'm going to go with a Grayling Fletching Jig, can't afford a Bitz. Will this jig work with carbon arrows as well as aluminum? I have Beman ICS 500 hunter arows which I guess are a narrow carbon arrow, but I want to make sure the jig would work with any shaft. I can get one off Ebay for $30, new, including shipping.
MCH
Re: Fletching questions Most jigs that I'm aware of, those with clamps, will work with any arrow. Now, the Arizona EZ fletchers have designations for carbon and aluminum.
Gator
Re: Fletching questions Ruth, I had a grayling, and I just could not get it to work, the feathers would not go on there correctly for some reason or another. I went back to using my Arizone, and couldn't be happier. I like it cause I can do 3 fletchings at a time, versus the one at a time
hutchies
Re: Fletching questions I use the grayling and it works fine. They are adjustable to fit any arrow. It is just a cheaper version of the Bitz
Guest bruteshooter
Re: Fletching questions Using Blazers on my Arizona and love it. I also have carbons with wraps and they work great with the Bohning Fletch Tite Plat.
