BKE
Afternoon all. I have decided to get rid of the 4in. vanes and go to the Blazers to see if I can get rid of the wrinkles caused by my Biscuit and I 've been reading about the "Arizona E-Z fletch" jigs. Can I get some opinions on them from any users out there? Also, I'm pretty new to this and am not sure which way to go with the Hilical, straight, right, left (not even sure what the differance is) . I'm going to do up my current arrows (Easton Carbon Storms) and will be shooting fields and broadheads when the time comes. Thanks in advance for replies. Guest bruteshooter
Re: Fletching Jig ?? I switched to the blazers and I use the Arizona for carbons and use the right helical. I LOVE them both and won't go back.

Turkeygirl
Re: Fletching Jig ?? I just got a brand new Grayling Jig off Ebay for under $30. Heard it is a pretty good jig. The Arizona I've heard is good also. I got the jig also to switch to Blazers.
magnatecsteve
Re: Fletching Jig ?? I have used the Arizona EZ-Fletch for years now and I love it..the same every time, no adjustments to worry about. I use the offset personally. Going to give Blazers a try as well. Good luck!! wtnhunt
Re: Fletching Jig ?? Bitz here and love it. Had an Arizona, and while they have good csr's, I could not get the fletcher to work right for my small diameter carbons despite it being the model they said would work. It would not line up my fletchings straight no matter what. Cabelas is great, they took it back and applied the difference towards the bitzenberger jig. Straight Shooter
Re: Fletching Jig ?? Blazers are pretty tough to fletch and I'd recommend any fletching jig with a magnetic clamp. I use a Jo-Jan and it's been a trial and error with it. I finally taped another fletching at the opposite end of the clamp to hold it level since the fletchings are so short and would allow the front end of the clamp to fall forward a bit and not let the fletching stay in contact witht he arrow shaft. With a magnetic clamp you don't have to worry with that. Also, you can't go wrong witht he blazers on a biscuit, these are one tough vane and work very well with broadheads. LifeNRA
Re: Fletching Jig ?? [ QUOTE ] Bitz here and love it. [/ QUOTE ] Same here! I fletch blazers with a 2-3 degree right offset. I also use a Whisker Biscuit rest. But if your happy with a four inch vane. Try Bohnings Killer vanes or the AAE Speedflyte vanes. Both of them hold up very well with the WB rest. Neither of them ever wrinkled for me using the WB rest.
